At Gym Weights Direct, we’re committed to delivering premium gym equipment and ensuring customer satisfaction. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned in their original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Customised or made-to-order products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift vouchers

EU Cooling-Off Rights

If you are an EU customer, under the Consumer Rights Directive, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel and return goods for a full refund (including basic delivery fees). Products must remain unused and in original condition.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once returned goods pass inspection.

  • Expect funds within 5–7 business days, depending on your provider.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please report any defects or transit damage within 48 hours of receipt, including photos where possible. We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or repair.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We have preferential rates with DPD, DHL, and FedEx – ask our team for assistance.
